Returns and Exchanges
If you find that the product you purchased does not meet your needs, you may exchange it within 14 days for another product. Please email for pre-authorization. Shipping charges on exchanges are non refundable. 

Damages and Issues 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Exchangeable Items
Certain items cannot be exchanged, such as custom at-home facial kits. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
